DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary depending on the time of year, your location, and demand. For most of the year (excluding December), new Patiokits can typically be delivered within:

  • 2-3 weeks to East Coast Metro areas,
  • 3-4 weeks to regional areas, and
  • 6 weeks across most of Australia (excluding very remote areas of Northern WA and the NT).

As 2023 progresses, we’ve seen steady improvements and fewer delays. We’re committed to keeping you updated on delivery dates, and the majority of our customers have been very satisfied with the time it takes to receive their new Patiokit.

Transform your outdoor space with our premium Flyover Roof System, designed to blend seamlessly with modern Australian homes. With added height and improved ventilation, this 100% Australian-made, COLORBOND® Steel D.I.Y. Kit is perfect for creating a functional and stylish area.

What’s Included in Your Flyover Roof Kit?

  • Roofing Options: Non-Insulated roofing with a choice of a Modern Corrugated Profile or a Flat Underside Finish Profile (projection of 3m).
  • Steel Posts: 75x75mm steel posts (colored) to be secured in footings or attached to concrete slabs/decks (3m lengths).
  • Steel Beams: 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm x 50mm steel beams, engineered to suit your project requirements.
  • Custom Roof Penetration Bracket: A jumbo roof penetration bracket (500mm) attaches to the top plate of your house, compatible with tile or metal roofs (Dektite included).
  • Guttering and Downpipe: Square or quad guttering, barge capping, flashings, and one metal/PVC downpipe included.
  • Assembly Hardware: All cappings, connectors, fixings, and hardware needed for easy assembly.

Wind Rating

Our standard kit is rated N2 (W33). Higher wind ratings (N3 to N4 and C1 to C4) are available on request at additional costs.

1. Can I customize my kit?
Absolutely! We offer a range of customization options, including:

  • Timber posts (supplied by you; inform the design consultant).
  • Custom shapes, sizes, and angles.
  • Sloping options: toward or away from your house.
  • Configuring the design for L-shaped sections (attached on two sides).

2. Are your kits council compliant?
Yes! All our kits are engineered and council compliant. Each kit includes all required documents, drawings, and certificates.

3. Can I add lights or fans to the roof?
Yes, you can install lights or fans onto the beams. However, the main electrical connections must be completed by a qualified electrician.

4. Any recommendations for installing the roof?
For the best finish and aesthetics, we recommend building the roof first, then pouring the concrete slab around it. If bolting to an existing slab, it must have a minimum thickness of 100mm.
